Welcome to Mosaix!
The relational network for those in pursuit of healthy multi-ethnic churches!
Mosaix is a relational network of local church pastors and planters, researchers, educators and ministry leaders alike that exists to catalyze the growing movement toward multi-ethnic/economically diverse churches throughout North America and beyond by casting vision, connecting individuals of like-mind, conferencing and coaching.
Believing that healthy multi-ethnic churches must be established on sound theology, for the sake of the gospel, Mosaix promotes a vision of 20% diversity in 20% of churches throughout the United States by the year 2020.
With this in mind, Mosaix promotes understanding and application of seven core commitments as fundamental to building a healthy multi-ethnic church: Embrace Dependence, Take Intentional Steps, Empower Diverse leaders, Develop Cross-cultural Relationships, Pursue Cross-cultural Competence, Promote a Spirit of Inclusion, Mobilize for Impact.
Founded in 2004 by Mark DeYmaz and George Yancey, the network is being relaunched in 2010 in cooperation with Erwin McManus and Mosaic Alliance.
